Joe is an online weight loss coach and qualified personal trainer of 15 years who helps busy, professional men and women lose fat and build muscle.
Having a 9-5 desk-job, Joe understands the struggles of juggling a hectic life with trying to maintain a good physique.
I offer two types of online weight loss coaching; 1:1 coaching and group weight loss coaching. Each package has its pros and cons but all my clients have got results; each package works in a slightly different way, but broadly, they work in the following way;
- Sign up for the coaching package you want
- Follow the instructions in the Members area or in the email I’ll send you
- Start tracking your stats
- Check-in weekly
Regardless of the package you chose, the most important features of my coaching are education and accountability. I’ll educate you as to how weight loss actually works so you can start doing what you need to to get to your goal, and I’ll keep you accountable; without having someone in your corner checking in on you, sticking to what you need to do consistently can be easy to drift away from.
Below are the details for each package;
1:1 WEIGHT LOSS COACHING
This is the more expensive package; I currently charge £99 GBP ($132) per month for 1:1 online weight loss coaching (N.B. This is the price as of November 2021, this is subject to change), you’re not locked into an ongoing subscription so you can cancel this wherever you like. The reason this package is more expensive is because you get 1:1 face-to-face support from me.
This support is in the form of;
- A free initial Zoom Consultation
- Weekly personalised email check-ins
- Monthly face-to-face Zoom calls
- Unlimited email and WhatsApp support between check-ins
Effectively, you can contact me whenever you like if you need help or have questions about anything.
Singing up for 1:1 coaching is relatively simple, but there are a few steps I’ll need to go through to make sure you’re the right fit.
Step 1: Get in contact with me using WhatsApp or Email
Step 2: I’ll arrange a Zoom call. On this call, we’ll chat about your lifestyle, your goals, your dieting history and whether or not you’re right for the program
Step 3: Fill in the coaching application form. This form has all the important information I’ll need to know about you such as your current weight, and your ultimate goal
Step 4: Welcome Email. I’ll send you a welcome email with everything you need to know to get started, including your targets as well as your tracking sheet which you’ll need to use to fill in your stats. I’ll also send you a free recipe book.
Step 5: Get started. You can choose when you start, but I’d recommend starting as soon as possible – you need to start recording your calorie intake, steps, and weight on a daily basis based on the targets I’ll provide for you. The tracking sheet looks like this…
Step 6: First weekly check-in. Each Monday, I’ll check your stats to see if you’ve hit your targets and how your weight has responded. I’ll set goals for the following week based on how your weight responds. This will happen every Monday evening (GMT).
Step 7: After your first month, we’ll have our first monthly Zoom check-in. You can use these however you want
Once you get into the weekly rhythm of tracking and checking in, the coaching will feel like second nature. Most of my clients tend to lose between 0.5-1kg per week (1-2lbs) on average. Of course, the length of time it takes people to get to their goal weight depends on how much weight they want to lose but most of my clients are with me for between 5 and 12 months.
It is important to note that this is NOT a quick fix or a short-term ‘fad’ diet, this is a sustainable weight loss approach that will teach you good habits for life.
You can lose weight quicker using other methods like Keto, Weight Watchers or simply cutting out your favourite foods but they’ll never work in the long term unless you plan to spend the rest of your life doing Keto or paying for Weight Watchers. The idea of my plan is that you STOP yo-yo dieting because you’ll understand how weight loss actually works, and the habits you need in place to achieve and maintain your new weight.
GROUP WEIGHT LOSS COACHING
My group coaching program is called No Fuss Fat Loss, because it’s designed to get you to where you want to be with minimal fuss, concentrating only the fundamentals of fat loss. The overall goal and outcome of group coaching is exactly the same as 1:1 coaching – to get you to your target weight, but the coaching is delivered in a slightly different way.
Group coaching is cheaper than 1:1 Coaching because you don’t have any direct 1:1 contact with me, currently, I charge £62 per month ($83) for group weight loss coaching (N.B. This is the price as of November 2021, this is subject to change).
While you won’t have private 1:1 contact with me, you will be able to ask me questions and get responses within the No Fuss Fat Loss Facebook Group. This is a Group that all members of the program will have access to, and as well as speaking to me, you’ll also get to see what other members of the group are asking.
Signing up for Group Weight Loss Coaching is even easier than 1:1, and you’ll be able to get going almost straight away.
Here’s what you need to do:
Step 1: Vist the No Fuss Fat Loss page and sign up
Step 2: Once you’re logged in you’ll have access to all the modules in the course, you can go at your own pace but as with 1:1, I’d recommend working through the modules as soon as you can
Step 3: Start tracking your calories, steps and weight using the tracking sheet provided.
Step 4: Check-in weekly in the Facebook Group
Group coaching is more suited to people that have dieted before, or have some experience tracking calorie intake, steps and weight. This is not essential however as instructions on how to do everything required of you are included.
Both 1:1 and Group coaching work equally well, the package you choose will depend on your goals and budget. If you’d like to know more about either program, you can WhatsApp me directly or email me using the buttons below;
