Service Level Agreements

  1. Coaching services are delivered on a weekly basis on Mondays between 9am-11pm GMT
  2. Coaching services consist of an email check-in as well as any other communication the client requires to satisfactorily resolve their queries
  3. Replies in most cases will be sent within 24 hours, however, replies may take longer in exceptional circumstances
  4. In exceptional situations (e.g. loss of power, equipment loss or equipment damage) check-ins may take the form of an SMS text or voice message

Results

  1. Results are not guaranteed
  2. Results are dependent on the client sticking to the targets provided consistently
  3. Results are dependent on creating a calorie deficit, if weight is not decreasing then the client has likely not been in a calorie deficit for long enough
  4. Certain medical conditions can impede weight loss, always consult a doctor or medical professional if expected results are not being achieved

Health

  1. Always consult a doctor before embarking on any weight loss program
  2. If at any point you feel ill, dizzy, light-headed, faint or nauseous, disregard your targets and consult a doctor immediately
  3. Be aware of the BMI scale (https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-weight/bmi-calculator/), it is not recommended to be in the underweight category based on your height

Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Payments are taken automatically each calendar month after the initial subscription date (this is the billing date)
  2. There is no minimum commitment
  3. Subscriptions can be canceled at any point, however, to avoid paying for the preceding month, cancellations need to made before the next billing date, for example, if the billing date is the 5th of the month, cancellation would need to take place on the 4th of the month at the latest
  4. The ultimate responsibility for cancellations lies with the client, however in certain circumstances, you may contact me via email (joe.johnson@9-to-5-nutrition.com) to request cancellation, however this must be done at least one day before the billing date
  5. Refunds are not available

Intellectual Property

  1. Your tracking sheet is the property of 9 To 5 Nutrition and may not be circulated publically
  2. Once a subscription ends, access to the tracking sheet will be revoked
