While dropping body fat can be difficult when you’re sat in a chair for 7 hours of the day, constantly surrounded by temptation in form of cakes to mark all sorts of occasions, it certianly isn’t impossible.
Training and eating habits that result in weight loss can easily be structured around an office job. You don’t need to be in the gym seven days a week, or eat chicken, rice and broccoli at every meal to get the body you

I’ve worked various different 9 to 5 office jobs for almost ten years, and I know that it can be difficult to fit your training and nutrition around a work commitment that takes up such a large proportion of your time and leaves you tired and demotivated.
Despite this, I’ve managed to implement methods and principles to fit training in and eat in a way that keeps me full while helping me achieve my goals.
