Most people know this. So why are so many people overweight, or just living life with a body they’re not 100% happy with? Because, although the principle of weight loss is very simple, executing it can be very, very difficult.

It’s not enough to simply know that a calorie deficit is required for weight loss, you also need to know how many calories you’re burning each day, how many calories you need to eat each day and over what time period to achieve your target weight.

You also need to know how to incorporate your favourite food and drink into your diet (because what’s the point in looking amazing if you’re miserable because you can’t eat pizza or drink wine?!), and how to do all this in a way that doesn’t break the bank.

Going on a diet, losing some weight but then regaining it all back again… Only to go on another diet and repeat the cycle all over again. This can be frustrating, demoralising and feel like a toral waste of time.

Restrictive Diets

Paleo, Vegan, Atkins, Slim Fast; all of these diets restrict certain foods, and while they might work in the short term, they aren’t sustainable. Do you really want to go through the rest of your life not eating cakes, biscuits, steaks, burgers, fried chicken and all the other delicious food we have available to us? Didn’t think so… Well the good news is you don’t need to!

Intense Workout Programs

If you tell your face-to-face personal trainer you want to lose weight. Chances are they’ll have you doing hour-long ‘HIIT’ workouts where you’re slamming medicane balls, squatting, box jumping and doing all sorts of other whack exercises that leave you feeling shattered and starving hungry. Well guess what, you don’t need to do all this – you can lose weight simply by going for a short walk every day, hell, you don’t even need to do any exercise at all if you don’t want to.

Expensive Supplements

Fat burners, CLA, Raspberry Ketones; how many of these have you spent money on and seen no results? That’s because they don’t work. Supplements are totally unnecessary for weight loss.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

Phone/Skype call so we can discuss your goal, the time period within which you want to achieve it, your lifestyle, work, and your favourite foods

Step 2: Setting Weight and Calorie Targets

Off the back of the initial consultation, I’ll break your overall target down into smaller, manageable goals and set your calorie targets (don’t worry calorie counting isn’t for everyone, so it won’t be compulsory)

Step 3: Weekly Check-Ins

Once your targets are set, we’ll check-in weekly to check on your progress and adjust things where necessary

Step 4: Ongoing Support and Education

I’ll be available for unlimited contact via email should you need further support. Ask me anything from ‘how to do maintain my motivation’ to ‘how many calories in a Krispy Kreme’

Step 5: Success

My aim is to help you reach your goal as quickly and painlessly as possible, however a true measure of success for me is leaving you in a position where you’re independant and can manage your own weight for the rest of your life. Don’t be offended but I don’t want you as a client forever!

How I Differ From Other Weight Loss Coaches

You might hear other weight loss coaches talk about ‘eating for your body type’ or ‘gut health’ or ‘holistic weight loss strategies’. While that might all sound like it works, it’s mostly BS.

I use science and data to remove as much of the guesswork out of weight loss as possible, and make it much more likely that you’ll achieve results with the minium of impact on your lifestyle.

The only way you’ll lose weight, is by creating a calorie deficit. This means eating less food than you are now, or doing more exercise, or a mixture of both, there are no two ways about it.

You HAVE to be burning more calories than you’re taking in to lose weight, but you don’t HAVE to count your calories to achieve that. I have several tactics that will allow you to reduce your calories without even thinking about it.
