I have a private garage facility fully-kitted out with everything you need to lose fat or build muscle (or both) without the hassle of all the negatives that come with training in a public gym.

Fat Loss

If you’re looking to lose weight (let’s be honest, fat) for a holiday, wedding, or you’re just finally ready to put in the effort to reveal your abs and get that sought-after six pack, I can help you out.

Losing fat is all about creating a calorie deficit, i.e. being in a state of burning more calories than you eat on a daily basis, over the course of a long period of time.

In order to acheive this, reducing the amount of calories you eat on a daily basis is really important, but so is exercise.

I can put together a plan for you to help you torch some calories. Along with reduced-calorie diet, this will help you drop weight sustainably.

Muscle-Building 

Gaining muscle is a long and difficult process, but it’s also incredibly rewarding.

Whether you want to stand out more in the club, feel more confident, get stronger or fill out that XL T-shirt, I can put together a program for you that will accelerate your muscle-growth.

Building muscle is all about implementing progressive overload, i.e. lifting slightly more than you did in your last session, whether that’s more weight, more reps, or more sets.

I’ll help you ensure you’re implementing progressive overload effectively so you’re extracting the maximum out of workout, rather than just spinning your wheels with zero direction or strategy.

Exercise Technique

If you’re happy training on your own the majority of the time, and just want some technique coaching, my facility is ideal for you.

Most of the exercises which allow you to lift the most weight, and therefore get the best bang for your buck, can be at best ineffective and at worst, dangerous if executed incorrectly.

Such exercises include;

  • Squats
  • Deadlifts
  • Bench Press
  • Military Press

I have the expertise to teach you how to perform these safely and effectively; you can then take this knowledge and apply to your own solo workouts.

HOW MCUH IS FACE-TO-FACE PERSONAL TRAINING?

I won’t tie you in to any lengthy, expensive packages, if you want you can ‘pay as you go’.

I do however offer discounts for those that want to book multiple sessions in one go.

AREAS COVERED

I have a private facility in Crawley, West Sussex, which is within short driving distance of surrounding towns such as Horsham, Redhill, Reigate and East Grinstead. While I operate mainly from my own facility, I am also available for sessions at private houses or public gyms.

The cost of these sessions may vary based on the rates of the individual gym and the distance.

I also offer Online Personal Training and Diet coaching, which is a more effective option for those who already have some training experience behind them, and really want to zero-in on accelerating their results
