Online Personal Training With Nutrition Support

Nutrition and training really are inextricable; successful weight loss whilst retaining muscle will require a calorie deficit, but also adequate protein intake and training volume.

By the same taken, gaining muscle without gaining excessive fat means enough of a calorie surplus to support that muscle growth, but not so much of a surplus that you end up concealing your hard work behind a layer of fat.

It’s a fine balancing act.

This is why my online Personal Training with Nutrition Support package is ideal for anyone that is either looking to stay lean while gaining muscle, or keep as much muscle as possible while getting lean.

How Does The Process Work?

  1. The entire process revolves around your goal(s), this is the most important factor in determining your plan and means you have a target to aim for. Whether your goal is to add 5kg of muscle to your frame while minimising fat gain or to get shredded while retaining as much of your muscle as possible, we’ll devise a plan that achieves your goal as quickly as possible, as well as having minimal impact on other areas of your life

2. Once we have your plan laid out for the first month, the hard work starts! This is where you’ll begin putting things into action. Because the goalposts move over time, we may need to adjust your plan based on how you’re doing. We’ll check in each week over email to ensure you’re staying on track and answer any questions you might have. You’ll need to update me on your daily weigh-ins, calories, steps and what you achieved in your training sessions.

3. On-going support. There will be ups and downs, but that’s why I’m here. I’ll support you through the periods when things get tricky. Got a social event, party, wedding or holiday coming up? No problem, we can organise your training and nutrition around this to make sure you stay on-track, but can still enjoy time with your friends and family; pigging out and having a few (too many drinks! You’ll have 24/7 access to me on WhatsApp.
