Do you want to lose a bit of weight for an upcoming holiday or wedding?
If you just want to drop a few kilos for Marbs with the girls, or your BFFs wedding, this the right option for you. The amount of weight you can lose will depend on the amount of time you’ve given yourself, but I’d recommend at least 8 weeks to see a significant difference.
We’ll set your target weight, then base calories and activity on that. We’ll catch up each week over email, and you’ll have access to 24/7 on WhatsApp.
Do you want to build muscle, but need some guidance with your training?
If building muscle is your goal, you’ll need a well-thought-out program, which is designed to bring up the body parts that are most important you, but more importantly, one that fits around all your other life commitments.
We’ll set you a target amount of weight to gain, and structure the progression of weight, sets and reps in a way that means you’re doing more work overtime.
Need help with your diet AND your training plan?
Training and diet are inextricably linked, for example, you won’t be able to maximise muscle growth without an adequate protein intake. Similarly; training while dieting can help you retain your muscle mass so you’ll look as good as you possibly can once the diet’s over. If you want help with your training AND diet, I can coach you through that process too.
